These articles describe ISIS militants in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan are flying black flags, recruiting and even doing battle with the Taliban. They also describe Pakistani Taliban leaders pledging allegiance to ISIS.
Can ISIS achieve something that has never happened before? Will they actually be able to create a caliphate that envelops the entire middle east?
